I am seeing stars...literally.

Grandma Spoiled the HECK out of me for two days!!!

Boy oh boy was this vacation great!

Random Pics from Mommy and Daddy's Trip

The L.A. Intellitainer...it just gets better

Mile High Club

I just calculated that today was roughly my eight thousandth mile in the sky. The flight to L.A. went wonderfully, in fact, so great that I (or perhaps because I) passed out immediately!

Finally!

Mommy and Daddy finally got my crib ready for me to to sleep in and set up the little walkie-talkie so they can hear me talking to myself at night and, that's right, I am now sleeping in my very own crib! Thanks for giving it to me, Amanda and Jake. It's nice knowing that I am drooling on the same mattress that my cousins in New Jersey used to drool on.

Grass Valley cont'd: the great escape

I don't think Ginger was very happy about the harness that Aunt Ashley put her in.

Grass Valley Cousins

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't posted anything this week; I've been busy adjusting to my crib (see above). Anyway, last week Mommy took me to visit my cousins in Grass Valley, Steely and Ginger. Isn't it great how we're all looking right at the camera at the same time? Imagine the odds!

Greatest Hits IV

Was I ever any cuter than in the bonnet mommy got me for the 4th of July? That was my first visit to Grass Valley; this weekend is my second. Stay tuned tomorrow for pictures from our trip!

Greatest Hits III

Same shot as below, only taken just last week. Look how much older I am!

Greatest Hits II

This will always be one of Daddy's favorite pictures of me (Mommy doesn't like it as much). It was taken on April 22nd, when I was only 5 days old. I guess I look kind of mad. Who is "Gollum," anyway?

Greatest Hits Weekend

Hi everyone! Mommy and I will be away all weekend visiting my cousins in Grass Valley. Since I know many of you cannot survive even one day without new Madeline Ella blog items, Daddy will be periodically updating the blog while I'm gone with my very cutest pictures from my first five months.

In this one, for instance, I'm about three weeks old, and utterly mesmerized by this little insect toy, which by the way I haven't seen in months. What happened to it? Where did it go? Mommy, where's my stuffed centipede?

Goodnight everyone. See you at 4am!

I can't wait to hang out with my cousins and Grandma...

...at Lake Tahoe in January. Wahoo! I think I have another five years before I will be skiing into trees like Daddy.

Do I look well fed?

Ahem, can I please eat my meal in peace?

Oh, okay... I guess you can join me ;)

Yummy, mmm, delicious, scrumptious, tasty!

Maple cookies help me feel better when my teething gets bad. Mommy even tried one and was impressed by the "subtle" flavor.

P.S. Note that I am holding an object in my hand and placing it into my mouth. Without help. This is huge. And potentially dangerous. Daddy is simultaneously proud of me and stressed out about it.

And speaking of Gerber, Daddy thinks I am starting to look like the Gerber Baby.

I think I have the chubby cheek department filled for sure :)

I cannot WAIT until I get my morning feeding tomorrow...

...will I have carrots, pears or ham and Apples? Nobody knows except maybe mommy.

I have learned some very relavent things like: fan=food, shou=hand, ai=love, and my very favorite Tiao Wu=Dance! Mommy is already learning basic sentences and telling them to me during the week so I can practice. So far my favorite one is: Wo ai chi fan= I love to eat!
